Have you ever felt that your self-worth was tied to the number on the scale? That was me for years. I bullied myself, endured others comments, and the shame and embarrassment that came with it stayed with me for years. I tried every fad diet and exercise program out there, but nothing seemed to work.
I judged myself and believed others were to. I feared rejection and the disgust for my body grew. As the disgust grew my disordered eating spun out of control making the scale go up and my opinion of myself go down.
It wasn't until I discovered weight loss coaching that I finally found a solution that worked for me. I am an experienced coach, and I can help you to develop healthy habits and a positive mindset that allowing you to lose weight and keep it off for good.
