72. Trusting Hunger

Hunger is a signal from your body. My clients usually start with some level of fear of their hunger, thinking it is an emergency. As you understand your hunger you can trust it to be your compass to know when & how much to eat.   Trusting your body and yourself to listen & take action. You can learn to be in charge of your weight loss by truly learning to trust.
