I present these ideas of eating just enough and gifting your goal bites. Listen as we sit in the next level thinking. Your brain may not have ever considered how these ideas although simple, are so powerful. Learn how these little shifts in thought neutralize eating and working towards your goal.

How much = How long is a food challenge that brings awareness to the amount of energy and feeling of satisfied that different foods bring. The challenge will include monitoring eating times, quantity of food and hunger cues and times of returning hunger. You will learn how your body responds to different foods. The awareness is empowering, putting you in control of making decisions for your body while understanding it's true needs.
