108. Start w/ the Basics, Keep it Basic, Repeat

Ready to lose weight but it feels so hard ... so complicated ... overwhelming ... frustrating?

 

I teach 4 basics of weight loss. They are simple, very doable and completely over thought.

 

Women come to me again and again asking how to lose weight. I tell them the 4 basics and then they look at me in unbelief.

 

The 4 basics that I teach in depth are :

1. Water

2. Sleep

3. Eat only when you are hungry.

4. Intentionally plan what you'll eat.

 

Sounds simple right? Most ask but what can't I have. They want to know what the rules are. Those are the rules!

 

I start every single client with the 4 basics. Then as your brain starts the drama we deal with that.
