Goal setting can feel impossible when you set your goal too high. Have you set a weight loss goal and started out super excited, ready to slay and then give up? The goal you set should feel like such a small stepping stone to the big goal that you think it won't matter. That simple doable goal will be much more achievable and when you string together many of these, you are as good as there. I teach you how use a thought model to plan goals that you can accomplish. You have probably previously made a goal and threw all your efforts into it to get there. Those efforts are called actions and are only part of the plan. The thoughts that you think are gold that motivate you. When you feel motivated you will continue each and every step, every little goal that will get you to your weight loss goal.
