Feelings sometimes are uncomfortable and you may want to stop those feelings.

I teach you how to be so comfortable being uncomfortable that you never need to hide from or avoid your feelings. Weight loss can seem harder when you are not managing your feelings and you have used food to distract yourself.

When you are willing to feel anything and know that it has no power over you, you will not avoid feelings or try to stop them. 

I coach my clients how to manage their thoughts and create new ones. However, sometimes just knowing where the uncomfortable thought and feeling is coming from is all you really need to do.
