What looks most like the way you eat?

A

Go all in on a diet. Stay committed all day and at night binge on all the forbidden foods, only to promise to do better tomorrow. This cycle repeats until you just quit. You know if you find the right diet you will be able to do it right and then you will be able to lose weight and eat whatever you want.

B

Follow diets and meal plans fairly well but something always seems to come up. If it weren't for stress you would not be overweight. Food is the only thing that settles the nerves and comforts you. You notice that you turn to food when you are anxious and overwhelmed. You may also eat at night instead of going to bed.

C

Unable to find the time to devote to a diet. Between work and family you are spread pretty thin. You grab food as you have time but when you are alone and can really enjoy you eat all your favorite things. And that feels like the first thing you've done for yourself all day. You would like to lose weight but don't see where you would fit it in without disrupting everyone else in your life.

D

You think, you probably only need to clean up your snacking to lose weight. You find yourself eating when you get home while getting ready to make dinner. Maybe you find yourself eating when you are supposed to be working on a project. You have cravings and urges to eat after you have already had a meal. You find yourself eating from the candy bowl and unable to pass on the donuts your coworker brought in.
